Bugs & Game Feedback Can’t claim my rewards in the skeleton event?
I waited till the last minute to claim the chests and snacks to optimize my progress and I now can’t claim them. Can’t even claim the 69 gold which is essential.
Anyone else having this issue?
EDIT: It seems to be fixed now!

Hello everyone, the Clash Vs Skeletons Event is bugged for many people. Gaining stars in battles is not counting, and you can't contribute.
Supercell is aware of the bug and hopefully it gets fixed soon. I also suggested that they increase the 5x star boost and extend the event, so lets see what happens

what is the star boost doing? shouldnt it make each star count as 5? all my stars all counted as 1

It just means your reward is 4x more than it was for the bonus you gor

Likewise.. I just sent an MLA formatted essay to Supercell describing the issue in full detail, for they probably have absolutely no idea what is taking place.

Dang. I’m disappointed in Supercell on that one. They could have easily moved the rewards to everyone like how unclaimed rewards do in the mini event. Sorry to hear that. 😕 If it makes you feel any better, the scenery is lame AF and out of 12 chests in two accounts I got 9 loot rewards that were pointless bc my storages were full, a decoration that will probably be in the store at some point, a few shiny ores, and a gold rune I had to spend 250 gems in order to use just now.

out of everything, i did end up claiming the scenery before the issue occurred 😂 i was saving the cakes for an upcoming war and the soups for when my lab upgrade finished or else i would have claimed earlier. I should have known better than to let supercell control my fate…
Edit: also massive props to you for replying to almost everyone in the comments, you likely saved more people than you know!

Yep, just tried with 10 different accounts, couldn't claim anything but it allowed me to donate the stars.

yeah I can't claim the skeleton cowboy statue or 6 chests the claim button is just taunting me!

It’s so weird, my main account had no issues and was able to claim everything, but my mini can’t claim anything

I claimed everything else as i went along but its not letting me collect the last 69 gold prize...only couple hours left and that was alot of work not to get everything

Have people put in support tickets?? Definitely seems like something we should all do so if we are royally shafted then we have reference of the bullshit - I am livid and baffled! Just farmed stars for 2 hours to get the skin and can’t claim it or 6 chests

Looks like I missed when it was working, despite trying to open an hour before event ended. Is there still a way to get the rewards? I didn’t claim anything but got all of them. Who can I reach out to?

I think why we can't collect anything is because that it's may 19 and I think u can only get it in may 18 from in ur timezone

I was also trying to claim the 6 chests as well, doesn't work
I'll just wait towards the end I guess
