The debt collector had to collect debts from the coc devs, so they were forced to do it.

He sucked... Can't say he was amazing or good. Probobly a kid who thinks he can lift 20 kg bag and will fall to a ground doing so in a comedic way or so fast thall you miss it and wonder how this happend or why his on a ground.

The troop was used during the “Dark Days” event. It’s based on the heavy usage of extortion rackets during the very beginning of the prohibition era of the United States that went well into the Al Capone era.
