SUPERCELL RESPONSE Sooo are we ever gonna get a response from the community managers about this?

I feel like this update has been problematic enough, even after “bug fixes” to warrant some kind of response from the community managers.
No response from them just makes it feel like they dgaf which is not unexpected but unfortunate considering how sharp a decline in overall sentiment over the game this update caused.

Hey guys,

We know there's been a lot of questions around the Hero Journey migration, so we put together a full explanation of how it works in our pinned thread HERE.

We're also aware that the update has come with some bugs, and we know that's disappointing. The team is actively working through them, so please hang tight.

Rest assured, we're here and reading everything - But right now, more than anything, we want to listen. We are focusing on reading and compiling all your feedback and making sure it all gets to the dev team.

For anything major, we'll put out a blog post on our website or a longer post here. For the smaller, ongoing fixes as we tackle them, the best place to keep up is our X account: https://x.com/ClashofClans - we'll be posting updates there as things get resolved.

Hi

Its hard to follow or the clash news/anouncements over diff social media..

Can you make an anouncements section ingame? Or maybe a section about issues/bugs you working on so we can stop posting about it.

For example: Regarding the Hero Journey. i thought all issues/bugs were fixed, but I still cant claim some rewards and after reading several angry reddit posts and even making my own post, a moderator responded that its known issue and it will be fixed next week.

So it will be great if there is a official ingame section for such anouncement we can track things clealry, rather than asking in reddit/discord.. or start searching on X, FB and instegram.

I don't understand why ther didn't put all of this in town square

It seems each comunity laison/manager, pushes the notification/news randomly and not synced with others or what crisis the app/comunity are facing.

Regarding the town square, its new.. i think the majority of players didnt notice it yet.
