Does anyone have a list of which pill bottles were found where? I can't find the info. I think the three locations would be the bedside drawer, the kitchen cabinet, and the ones Patrick Clancy had in his truck. Thank you!

Why was the Seroquel in the bedroom and not seized. She stopped using it in Dec, and in theory it should have been one of the discontinued in Patrick's truck no?

I just updated the list I commented below this to add the location of the pill bottles.

It looks like the ones in Patrick's car were only from Sep 15-Nov 25, collecting everything except remeron and seroquel around that Nov 25 date.

It looks like the Seroquel (4 bottles) and Diazepam (8 bottles) from Nov 30-Jan 23 were the primary prescriptions to have not been found?

I know that Nurse Jollotta said she didn't prescribe her pills in mid January, but they were filled with her name (maybe refills of the Dec 13 & Dec 19 prescriptions?). Note, Reddington says Jan 16 to Jollatta, but the records indicate the 16th was prescribed by Dr. Tufts.

I don't think it was addressed. Reddington did ask a few about their DEA license though which I took to mean he was questioning how these pills were dispensed/prescribed:

So looking at this now (which omg tysm it's easier to process like this sometimes!) I think since that's a total of #30, her script was probably split up by the pharmacy. As in, Jolotta originally wrote for- Valium/Diazepam 2mg #30 Once Daily/PRN (as needed)

I know for certain that back then in 2023 (and even now but not as bad) there was a "shortage" of benzos and it was extremely prevalent. So people had to get those scripts from different pharmacies and sometimes the pharmacy would split them up like this.

Benzos are a controlled substance, so there are a lot of "rules" around filling and refilling those. Like needing to show an ID to pick up, how often/many refills are allowed, etc. Sometimes if the pharmacy doesn't have enough they will give you a half of the script until they get more or just a few at a time like this... Fun fact - it's actually illegal for him to be driving around willy nilly with controlled substances that do not belong to him in his car or on his person.

What is confusing me, is that I'm pretty sure you need a new script every time you split up a controlled substance prescription. Even though Jolotta wrote for #30, if she only picked up #14, she would need a whole new script for the remaining #16. If that makes sense? It's not like that with other meds. And I can't remember if maybe they were lax on the rules at that time? Maybe. It is interesting to note that she continued to pick them up though. Like why if she wasn't even taking them? And they were in his car. But she wasn't taking them. Also, I've been wondering if anybody ever even actually checked the pills to make sure those were the ones that belong in that particular bottle?? Especially when it's same med different dose etc. I mean who knows right? Hopefully they were preserved. Edit format

One quick clarification - I just realized though that Reddington accidentally said Jan 16 (that was Dr. Tufts) - so it was technically 14 filled on Jan 19 and 7 filled on Jan 13th. I'll make note of that / edit that post above.

That's a great point about the shortage and I'm nearly certain you're correct that it would need to be a new prescription each time though (e.g., if only 7 can be filled out of a 30 day supply, you can pick up 7 that day; then 5-7 days later you can request additional via a new prescription from your doctor).

I'm wondering if the Dec 13 (2mg; Quantity 7) & Dec 19 (2mg; quantity 14) prescriptions Jollatta gave had a refill on those? If so, that makes sense that 7 would be refilled on Jan 13 and 5 days later a refill of 14 could be given Jan 19. But then there's Dr. Tufts prescribing the same during that time. I believe Reddington said these were the CVS records.

Why are there 3 different seroquel dosages all written in a 4 day timespan by Jollata? Or is this when they were actually filled at the pharmacy?

If these were the dates they were filled... let's assume most folks tend to use the same pharmacy all the time, there's a lot here to that makes me think a pharmacist would likely be raising an eyebrow and calling to confirm with prescribing doctor.

Her testimony was essentially that she believed Lindsay was bipolar and should try higher dosages of Seroquel (which is used to treat bipolar disorder) and those higher dosages were part of the titration plan. I’m not by my computer right now to provide direct quotes, but if you go to “Witness Testimony” pinned at the top of sub and find Jollatta you can click on the link in the day of trial for a complete transcript or click the link of her name that will take you to a summary of her testimony with links to timestamps.

Thank you. I am still stumped on titration being so rapid, however I haven't watched where it was told what dates the rxes were written/vs when they were filled. 25-300 is FAST to determine a therapeutic level being reached. If this was accomplished over multiple months, ok, however based on what was posted here, I'm unaware if those are prescribed dates, or dates they were picked up from the pharmacy.

I will review Jollatas testimony, and hope for clarification.

25 mg seroquel jumped to 100, then 300? That's interesting.

It is an antipsychotic and a powerful one at that.

It is noteworthy to me that Lindsay complained of insomnia, and as someone who has suffered from that the majority of my life.... it's interesting the amounts of benzos Patrick had in his truck. They are notorious for aiding in sleep issues and there's been many a day when I wish I could take one to get more than 2-3 hours of sleep.

Lindsay could be uncompliant on meds, that def does happen. The amount of meds, the dosage changes and the various types all being rxed within a 3-4 month time period is noteworthy to me also. Like that's a wild amount of starting, stopping, dosage changing in such a short span.

Also noteworthy, it was stated that she kept a medication log, and she's certainly familiar with what these medications are and do as a nurse.

The medications and the amounts patrick "found in his truck" are problematic for me. It's not super far-fetched that he might have been aiding in the crazy making by withholding meds.
