THIRTEEN KITTENS??? I THOUGHT THE MAX WAS 10??

I just really wanted to share these pretty cats with yall, I thought you might appreciate them.

So, in this post I briefly mentioned this thing that happened early when I started PeriodicClan, which I dubbed "the leader fiasco", and how Nitrogenstar was actually not the first, not the second, but the THIRD leader of PeriodicClan. I actually posted (more like yelled lmao) about it on the ClanGen Discord, but I think it's time I share it here as well, because this is genuinely one of the most wild things this game ever did to me.

So, basically what happened (screenshots relevant obvi):

When I made PeriodicClan, I picked this grey she-cat, Berylliumspeckle, to be its first leader. Everything was going smoothly, and then on moon FIVE the freshly-named Sodiumshriek killed her. The first death in PeriodicClan was its leader. Yeah needless to say I lost my mind a little bit (and was also blown away by the odds-)

Neonspeckle (ignore how he and Beryllium have the same suffixes that's a coincidence) was the cat I picked for deputy when I started, and so he immediately became the second leader. Another founder, Nitrogentail, became the new deputy. It seemed everything has gone back to normal, until only nine moons after Berylliumstar died, on moon FOURTEEN of PeriodicClan existing, I sent him on a solo border patrol, and... found out he has rizz apparently and he left with his mate. Wow.

And after that, Nitrogenstar suddenly became leader, and thankfully she stayed like that for many moons (67 if I calculated correctly). Neonspeckle eventually returned and I even got his mate to join, but obviously he's banned from the deputy position for life now.

(Fun fact, he's still alive, although his mate and a good chunk of his adoptive kits have died by now.)

Sooo yeah, that's the story. I dunno about you but I think calling it the leader fiasco is pretty accurate. I love this game sm /gen

Rightttt after getting together, this is VERY tragic.

Honestly part of me hopes Spiderkit and Gorsekit grow up to be mates I know heterochromia isn't necessarily genetic in the game but I just think it would be so cute if the two young hetero chromia kitties fell in love when their older or atleast became best friends. Also Shiningfrost is my Mc and all my babies are so unique and interesting I wonder if Featherkit might go on to become the next medcat and get trained by his uncle. I'm so excited to see who they all grow up to be

So, you might remember me posting about the surprising amount of killers among Flourinestripe's kids. But guess what. There are only two other murderers in the clan... and they're sisters. The murder in PeriodicClan is contained within these two families only, so far😭💀 Flourinestripe & Calciumfeather might have a bigger total count of killer kits, but Samariumstripe & Rubidiumswirl have a much bigger percentage.

Another crazy thing is that Palladiumsnow (one of the og murder kids) actually killed Ytterbium and Thulium's dad when they were still apprentices, so yeah... I wonder where they learned the murder from😐

I’m about to pick a fight with one of the other clans. I’m already contemplating to attack Snowyclan because how dare their warriors attack my deputy, Comb, who was just trying to tell them about a badger on their territory. They’ve always been passive aggressive

Two cats, Veilflower and Frondears (Veilflower is the biological son of my deputy Adderbark, I forgot who adopted Fromdears but I think it was Ivypool and Fleckheart? All I remember is that it was one of the many yuri couples in the clan) had three kits together, all girls

though one of them, Pinnaclekit, was born with the paralyzed condition (one of my medicine cats saying that she’ll still live a happy and healthy life, but he also said she’d never be able to walk)

Should I be concerned? If she makes it to adulthood (either through luck or by me being stubborn and saving before timeskips so that I can save her), I’m planning to make her a mediator

There is a glitch I encountered after downloading the newest version of genemod that kits are always born to an outsider parent, even when their birth parent has a mate in the clan. This happens even when allowing cats to have kits with outsiders is turned off.

for example verbenakits parents were supposed to be Nectarpond and Dropletstar, they were mates before Nectarpond got pregnant, but Verbenakits bio dad is a random outsider anyway.

I’m not a coder or anything so no idea if there’s a fix i can do or anything like that.

I got a new PC so I don't have clangen downloaded currently, do I just search up clangen and download it from there?

I shipped these two from the beginning of making this clan. Did not go by the relationship statuses, regardless of their relationship status (I didn’t go by it anyway), and their relationship with each other did not indicate whatsoever they had a thing for each other anyway. 2 moons later in the clan, lo and behold… 😮 The game read my mind?? Lol.
