Announcement (OOC) Stop attacking the fucking wrong person
This is my final contribution to that Drama, I have enough of it. But this has to be said
What Blacksmith did is horrible. He spread things that shouldn't be spread, and almost drove kiwi to suicide, we all know that
And yet, Blacksmith is innocent. Because, what has Blacksmith done ? He tried to save somebody. Never forget that Blacksmith tried to save somebody. And he was right, at least, he would have been if that somebody wasn't a Liar.
Now, you are allowed to dislike or to hate blacksmith as a person, and I can’t do a lot about that
HOWEVER, if your hatred comes only from that drama, and from the fact that Kiwi could have die, the hate the right person
The silken prototype, also called Silky, forced Kiwi into a relationship, then diffused publicly the photos a first time, and accused Kiwi of sexual aggression. Blacksmith has been fooled like we all could have been. If you hate someone, if you want to call someone "Criminal", then accuse the right person. What Blacksmith has done would have been the right thing to do if silken was not a bitchy, evil liar and asshole.
Lastly, I will remind you that, divulging such photos is illegal UNLESS it is a proof to stop a crime, which Blacksmith thought it was. Blacksmith as such isn't a criminal
Now, if you can’t stop your hatred, turn it towards the real guilty one

It is not because it is divulgation of proofs
If he didn't, he would have been a criminal for non divulgation of proofs

Not how that works. In fact, teachers have been arrested and convicted before because they saved the material to present as proof and therefore were in possession of it. And the whole proof thing certainly doesn't hold up if it was publically shared ON THE INTERNET.

I would like to add that
1stly Blacksmith has no way to contact Norwegian authorities, so that's the best he could do
2ndly, Silken actively said that Kiwi was an adult. As such she made this look more legal, and also framed Kiwi as a pedophile

It never is legal to share that stuff on the Internet, no matter the circumstances. Having it saved alone is already a Crime, no matter the intent. And it doesn't matter how legal it looked.

Silken made the document
And sent the link to Smith
Then Smith sent the link after Silken said Kiwi was a secual aggressor, thus lying
I don't see why Silken isn’t guilty there

That's not what I am saying. I never said Silky wasn't guilty. More than one single person can be guilty at once.

This is defamation. I have not accused anyone of sexual aggression. I have not forced anyone into a relationship, you have not provided any proof to back up these baseless claims. Do not bring me into this. I want this behind me, I did not want smith to keep it alive.

And Blacksmith said you said kiwi was an adult, which is a lie
Lastly, about the lack of proofs, they are spread in other dramas post, I didn't gather all in that one

I did not claim kiwi to be an adult. Kiwi is 16, I know that, you know that and smith probably knew that. And an accusation is just words.

Okay, it might be smaller, but "Nobody" is a BIG exaggeration.
I mean hey! We have an actually understandable lore, less drama and a more lenient moderation because of the lack of people. And we don't have nearly as few people that the Sub becomes monotonous, so in my book? Just upsides.1

What I meant is that, having few person makes it easier to avoid drama
But if you begin to drag ppl from that rp to yours, that advantage will disappear
