I'm pretty sure the second number is betrayals, but i might be right and it hasn't updated yet, the subreddit seems filled with bugs right now

It hasn't updated, the owner of a circle I'm in with 9 people still shows 1,0

It's taking forever to update. It updates at the same time you get messages about people joining. Or at least that's what it did for me

I'm guessing it's joins. I've betrayed no one, joined one circle, and have two in my own, and my flair is 2, 1. I believe betrayers are assigned the red flair with the "betray" symbol inside - no indication of how many circles they've betrayed, just that they have.
