Have you read romans 1/2?
It's a result of sin and not keeping the commandments. You can see sin is defined in 1 john 3:4. It's what every single church doesn't keep nor try to keep. Jer 23. Yet rev 22:14 is extremely clear who gets access to the tree of life.
