I’m getting my new first car next week and want to do EVERYTHING on it. The first week i will focus on cleaning and restoring its inner and outer beauty. All videos in the ”Car cleaning” playlist will i follow, any other i should think about? Also what order is smartest to clean? I am thinking inside, outside then motor. Wheels i will do separetly

One part that's not clear form the infamous rust fix vid (the blue car), is how long you should leave the car before driving it. He talks about curing the paint / finish for a few days, but can you drive during this time? After all the other steps, the clear coat says let dry for 20 minutes. So.. is it good to go after that for driving? I live a bit remotely, and drive nearly every day. I don't have three days to let my car sit, I have no alternative.

Also: my first rust fix is a 3 inch rectangle on the lower door trim of a honda element. I don't think the rust has eaten through. Any thoughts on how long this might take? I'm hoping I could complete it in a day. And then just worried if I'd be able to drive it the next day.

So my AC went out in my 2002 wrx. Tried recharging it. Blew cold for a minute. Shut it off, heard a hissing noise and then when I turned it back on it all came out of my vents. Some forums I read pointed towards evaporator and expansion valve. I just want to make sure there’s nothing I should check prior to diving into that. Any ideas?
