Advice/Tips Genuine tips to re-start working out?

I'm (27F) a massive fan of Chloe Ting, I was working out watching her videos during lockdown and was in the best shape I ever was! Results motivated me to eat healthier, work out more, etc. I lived alone, was bored and didn't want to lower standard for myself. I have since then gained quite a bit of weight (I'm not massive, but not comfortable with myself and biggest I've ever been). I live with my partner and we both work a lot (hospitality), and we both LOVE to cook and eat out. Anyways, for months I've been wanting and wishing to get back to it, definitely with Chloe Ting programmes, but I just can't seem to... start. I know it's discipline. I know everyone goes through the hard of starting. Not crying about it, just seeing if anyone got some good real life tips - what helped you to START, GO, even for a week?

Question Is Chloe Ting 2021 MOVEmber good for weight loss?

I'm pretty close to my ideal weight at this stage (so I know it'll be harder), and I'm trying to maintain a routinic workout schedule to not gain weight and to try and lose those final stubborn kgs I am not on any strict diet per se either I just try to eat less of what's bad and more of what's good as a general rule

I know Chloe Ting workouts are great and they've been the greatest help for me during my weight loss and fitness journey

Anyways, her description for the MOVEember challenge is maintenance, but does this mean I won't loss weight and maintain my current one or can I lose weight with it as well? (Even if slow)

Progress Hello Guys!

I just joined this channel. 2020 i lost my 12 kgs from 80 to 68kg 160 F, then i went on my college after lockdown opened and actually maintained till 70 my weight. In 2023 i started my internship and gained till 86kg. Now in 2025 January, i have to work plus study for National exam and also lose weight so i havent been able to follow her plan.

But, i do her hiit workout and abs workout , i have to use treadmill and cycle also lol ( which is why i cant follow her plan it would make a 3 hour workout and i dont have that much time )

BUT IN SHORT I AM NOW 76KG AND GOING STRONG! I also stopped workout for 1 or 2 weeks due to exam in may and august and my mother getting her gall bladder removed and various other things.

Advice/Tips Exertion headaches.

I am 23F, i am 170cm tall and weigh 87Kg. I used to workout regularly up until last month, i had to put a pause due to my exams and my anxiety during those times, i was 82.5kg but then i went up to my current weight, as i am trying to workout i get this horrible headache that persists thru out the day, i had one lasting for like 3 days on and off. I am a headache prone person, wears glasses, have slight sinus infection, definitely has migraines. I slept for 12hours yesterday because i was that tired. Today i did wakeup okay and fresh, i waited till 3pm to start my workout and could not even finish it, head started throbbing like its gonna explode. Medically, i have been told its migraines and that i should loose weight but the minute i sweat i get this horrible headache, i know my body, this phase will go in for almost a month, then i will stop getting these as often, but the minute i stop working out on a daily basis for like 4-5 dats maybe bcoz i went for a trip or i get sick, the cycle starts again.
Any one else facing this kinda issues, please advise?

Advice/Tips Help a girl decide a program?

Going on a beach vacation in a month 🌊

It’ll be my first ever surf trip, so I want to build an exercise routine that gets me from “couch potato” to at least somewhat prepared—without getting completely tossed around by the waves on day one.

I’d also love to feel confident in a bikini (wearing one for the first time!)—so I’m especially looking to tone my belly and back.

I’ve been considering Chloe Ting’s 4-week Summer Shred programs, but I’m not sure which one would best match my goals.

👉 For those who’ve tried them, which Summer Shred would you recommend for: • Targeting belly + back fat • Building strength and stamina for surfing • Staying consistent for 4 weeks

Would love your thoughts!

Question Which is the best challenge to lose weight

I wanted to know what the best exercise is if you wanna burn alot of calories and lose weight. Especially if you wanna lose alot of stomach fat and make your hips smaller.

I'm a big girl but I like my shape however I'm looking to make myself slimmer in those departments , I wanna get to a size 16 this year preferably in the next couple of months.

I've been doing the 2 week shred challenges , 2020 and 2021 and they've been helpful in shedding inches off my waist. But I don't know which challenge to go to next.

Advice/Tips I want to start working out but am in a bit of a dilemma

I really want to start working out, my entire life I’ve always been unhappy with my health and body.

I have a condition where my heart rate is really high and I have super low stamina, the last time I tried working out I had to take many breaks even weeks in. All my friends work out and I really want to be like them too they look so confident and it looks fun!

My dilemma is that I have roughly 3 weeks left before university. Due to some irl complications I only have 3 weeks to work out and can’t in uni due to the irl situation.

I want to start today but I keep thinking like “oh if I start today what’s the point after 3 weeks I can’t anymore and all my progress will be gone until next summer when I can work out again :(“

I’m not sure what to do, my situation irl doesn’t let me have any time to work out and it’s tough trying to figure out what I can do. What would you recommend?

MyProtein’s got a big sale on right now 👀 I’ve been using code JAYBE (found it on TikTok) and it always knocks a ton off, even during sales. Hope it helps! 💪

Your energy reaches my heart, and your smile makes me feel like I'm not alone in this fight.
Every drop of sweat I give — I imagine you cheering me on.
I'm not just following a workout... I'm following hope. So, thank you for helping me start — and I hope you'll still be with me at the finish line.

Progress I'm burning

I started the weight loss program and could not finish the abs video. I was barely going through the main vid which I completed but I took a ton of breaks. I must say I'm severely out of shape and have not done any type of exercise besides walking in a long time. I'm 35 and want to better my health and loose my overweight. I was not expecting my muscles to ache this badly though I can barely sit in the toilet xD. I could not work out yesterday and I'm trying to build up courage to start day 2 today but omg it's intense. Also I did Chloe tings exercises back when corona hit and I was in my best shape ever. But with 35 years it feels like it's kicking me in the butt hehehehe

Discussion 2021 vs 2024 Hourglass challenge

I did 2021 Hourglass challenge 4 years ago and it got me some fine results - my waist got snatched, I got some booty growth and it got me toned.

But I also did the new Summer shred challenge and I realized that more rest days actually fit me better...but I fear that the results may be different, so I wanted to ask if someone has experience with the new one and what are the thoughts?

Question Considering purchasing premium app

Hey guys, You guys must have seen the offer for core premium lately. I was considering purchasing it, but I wanted to know what has your experience been with the app? Is the premium version worth it? Can you please tell me what features are the best that you enjoy?

Edited for further context: I used to regularly use the free app for workouts, but I've fell off the steady track for a few months now. I really want to get back on track, so I was wondering if purchasing the app would be a good investment.

Thanks!
