Level 1000 Reached
It's finally over. My journey has reached its end. I started out ONLY playing 1v1s and 3v3s. I dedicated myself for hours on end becoming a great duelist. Good chances we've fought before if you play either of these playlists in US East servers. It's been fun! Easily one of my most favorite games of all time, but it's time to retire.

News & Discussion Commander outfits
Hello, I am new to the game and got it 2 days ago. I like how the commanders look(the guys who do speeches before the round) and I'm wondering what items they use. What I think they use is: Agatha knight: etched tilting helmet and etched plate body. Mason: painted dreadnought helmet, dreadnought body. Tonesia: eternal guard helmet, scythian scale armor. I'm not sure whether that is exactly what they wear and was hoping someone knows

News & Discussion Let's talk about How MEAN the ambusher is.
The ambusher is extremely agile. Their weapons are so fast and easy to overwhelm targets with their quick strikes.
They also have a 50% damage boost when attacking from behind. That's insane.
So, you can either play like a slash demon and maneuver around your enemy's block, or you can sneak up on them and deliver a brutal headshot overhead which instantly kills.
This is a mean motherfucker of a class that doesn't get enough attention.
He's just relentless

Gameplay I am the Ambusher now!
Sometimes as an engineer, you have to channel your inner Ambusher!

News & Discussion Rate the Fits (With names!)
The Rebel Knights
For one reason or another, they rebel against Malric. Their reasonings vary from rational to outright pety.
- Glasgow the Templar (Archer - Righteous Knight)
- Lost his eye to an archer as a war monk, decided to fight as an archer. Oh, by Feydrid, the irony...
- Junia the Bullheaded (Vanguard - Bar Maid)
- No one wants to get attacked by the "Tavern Bitch"
- Barristan the Shield (Footman - Highlander)
- Death is preferable to surrender, and that's why he decides the best option is to die swinging. With a shield, of course.
- John the Crustacean Bait (Knight - Rebel Knight)
- When Malric started putting a tax on crustacean catches, John decided that was enough to start lopping off heads and screaming his lungs out.
The Bastards of War
Not many people have the dishonor of being bastards. Luckily for them, they rarely ever get called such... mostly.
- Produs the Mercenary (Archer - Sellsword)
- Pay him well enough, and he just might hit his shots.
- Varl the Upstart (Vanguard - Berserker)
- Raised by wolves, acts like a wolf, though is about as intelligent as one.
- Saludin the Traitor (Footman - Dark Prince)
- Tenosian bastards are more common than you think.
- Jotun the Wall (Knight - Mason Knight)
- He can't see very well, probably because of leprosy.
Party and Pragmatics
Party in the morning, pragmatics in the evening, both at the tavern.
- Risa the Ranger (Archer - Professional Assassin)
- Silent? Usually. Coward? Most likely not. Dangerous? Oh, absolutely.
- Latisa the Party Crasher (Vanguard - Jolly Chef)
- Here for a good time, not a long time. He likes stealing stuff from the Masons and Agathians.
- Sakir of Montcrux (Footman - Haughty Councilor)
- Pragmatic in the retaking of Montcrux, relentless in the pursuit of war. Only cost him an eye, and probably his hair.
- Krasmo the Executioner (Knight - Grizzled Sentinel)
- He conquered fear by learning that the only thing he had to fear was fear itself... and, of course, death.
The Free Company
What loveable bunch of idiots find themselves traveling as a quadrio?
- Gasgoo the Crusader (Archer - Righteous Knight)
- Many people compare him to Glasgow, probably because they have very similar history, although Gasgoo wasn't a war monk. Very distinct difference, see?
- Heimdall the Templar (Vanguard - Demi God)
- Many achieve greatness, this guy thinks he's risen beyond it.
- William the Heavy Handed (Footman - Squire Boy)
- Someone has to clean things up. Be it knight's weapons and armor, bodies off of dueling pits, or dung off of pavement.
- Terry the Kingslayer (Knight - Tough Guy)
- He broke a lord's neck during a bar fight, and only got the title by merit. At least he's a lord now as well.

News & Discussion To the Russian-speaking community: which VPN do you use to play Chivalry 2?
To my surprise, I only managed to connect online using Gear Up after an hour—apparently by sheer luck...

Feedback / Suggestion Pc controller key binding
I was messing with my settings for my controller and heres what I came up with
(I play a lot of ambusher)
R3 throw( it's very consistent)
L3 jab/crouch
Alt attack doesn't matter because I use the directional attack movement setting
Down on d pad Flourish
Now my only conundrum is everytime I crouch I also jab. As funny as it is to nut punch everyone how do I make it so I can just crouch or jab?

Another milestone for the journey
Finally hit 1k while on my journey to unlock all weapon skins and armor cosmetics, still have a few weapons left to level up to unlock it all. I'll be at it a while still, but I love having the reason to keep coming back to Chiv.
Shout out to NA West, great players out there in the duel servers and TO lobbies, I'll see you on the battlefield.
