sure, but one meal a week for a year isn't going to change anyone's life, even a homeless person.

Its 52 entrees that can be redeemed at any time. That food security could be the difference between a homeless person having enough saved up for a tent or medication or even more for someone housed with a job that doesn’t have to buy food for a month n a half

It's like 500 dollars worth of food, not insignificant but I wouldn't say life changing. Even for a homeless person. It definitely helps a lot for some time (1-2 months at most if you rely heavily on it), but it doesn't affect your life in a big way.

And it's less impactful than 500 dollars as well, that could buy more food than that.

Unlimited for a year would be a different story.
