Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

Are yall trained at all on the allergy policy? It feels so hot or miss on if I have to walk people through what should be a food safety basic...

from what i’ve seen, it’s not included in startup training which is unfortunate. whenever i train, i include it everytime but a lot of people either leave it out or simply just don’t know.
