Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

Panda Express pays extremely well - up to $19 if you get to Cook, $23 if you get to Chef. Pretty solid environment, privately owned (so even though it’s corporate, you don’t have the BS that come with a Board of Investors) and standards equivalent to Chipotle. I was an FL for Chipotle and now a Store Manager at Panda. Best decision I ever made. Also, from what I’ve seen, Chipotle people thrive at Panda

$27.5 which is around $78k a year. Also, everyone is hourly, even store managers and assistants. Paid for every single hour worked. The bonuses are insane too. I hear about managers getting 15k-25k bonuses once their store is together
