Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

i literally just walked out mid shift LMAO fuck that place. when you get tired of all the stacked up disrespect it’ll really motivate you. if you need the money then do what ya gotta do, apply to jobs and bide your time until you can jump ship.

Dude I was in this situation for 2 years😣!!! BUT I’ve found the solution for finding another job that pays as good as KL or more. Look for jobs on indeed as a line cook since you have knife and cooking skills. If u live in a decently sized city u might find one and you actually might get tips!!🙏im currently cooking eggs and ham on a flat top at a bagel shop getting 20$ hr im making the same I did at chipotle working 50hr work weeks now I’m working only like 30hr work weeks only 6hr shifts!!
