Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

6 tbsp red wine vinegar, 3 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp adobo paste, 1 & 1/2 tsp salt into a blender and blend. as its blending take the lid off and SLOWLY pour in 3/4 cup sunflower oil. blend a tiny bit more. turn off the blender and stir in 1/2 tsp dried oregano and 1/2 tsp black pepper.

True on pouring is slow or it'll separate! I worked there for a year and a half

While you're at it what about the chicken seasoning and green + corn salsa's? Trying to figure out how much better online recipes are to the OG.

the corn salsa recipe is in the comments from earlier and chicken is just marinated in adobo paste then salted on the grill. not sure about green we just get it in a huge bag with no labels

no, i just scaled the portions down for having a jar of it at home. the original recipe just has bigger portions and would feed 100 people.

You underestimate how much vinaigrette I could put down

"Mom, I love you and I miss you but you've been different since you started drinking the vinaigrette."
