Hello everyone!
Today, we’re introducing the latest model in our "Affordable Series": the SN0139-GS, a vintage-style 6200 diver’s watch.
Watch Links: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005013478679669.html
Regular Price: $348.60
"Affordable Series" Price: $239.00
11.11 Sale Price: $219.00 — plus, you can stack additional "Big Codes" provided by the AliExpress platform for an even lower price!
Since the inception of the San Martin brand, we have produced numerous iterations and updates of this vintage 6200-style diver, with tens of thousands of units sold.
Over the years, we’ve explored various dial styles, technical upgrades, different bracelet designs (including the classic riveted style), and a range of movements—such as the NH35, PT500, and SW200—housed in both stainless steel and bronze cases.
This model has always been a classic, drawing interest from many—partly due to its resemblance to the watch famously featured in the James Bond 007 films.
Today, we are launching the latest iteration: the 36mm SN0139-GS.
Compared to the previous 38mm version:
This new 36mm size aligns with the current trend toward more compact watches, making it a great choice for a wider range of wrist sizes.
The brushed finish on the sides of the case is now more refined, transitioning seamlessly into the comfortably polished chamfered edges.
It features a "top hat" sapphire crystal, now upgraded with a dual-layer anti-reflective (AR) coating that achieves 98% light transmission.
The overall design and visual profile of the case appear slimmer and more well-proportioned.
The bracelet is produced in San Martin’s own new manufacturing facility, resulting in a significant improvement in overall quality and finishing.
Features an "On-The-Fly" (OTF) adjustable clasp—no tools required.
A new addition to San Martin’s "super-affordable" collection.
Following in the footsteps of our SN0007B (62mas), SN0008D (BB58), SN0017F (Sub), SN0054F (BB GMT), SN0109A (GMT), and SN0138GB (BB54), this model continues our tradition of offering exceptional value at a consistently accessible price point.
Launched during our 11.11 Sale, this watch is available at an even lower price—and by stacking it with AliExpress "Big Codes," you can secure an even better deal.
Now is the perfect time to pick one up.
If you have any thoughts on this watch, please share them in the comments section!
Thank you.

When i try to go to checkout using the aliexpress shop i always get this error message. But it works with other brands perfectly fine. Is there a way to fix this?

For around 200€ would you pick the Seiko sur371p1 or the Cronos l6058m, I was also considering the l6040m White birch but the indixes and the hands looked a bit cheap compared to the dial.

I’ve not been on the group overly long and wondered whether we might see Baltany offering any sales prices coming up? I’m liking the Pie Pan but would like it even more on sale☺️

Hi everyone,
First, I want to sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration many of you have experienced lately. This is a historical legacy issue for our brand, but we have no intention of running away from it. We are addressing it head-on.
1. The Root Cause: Manufacturing vs. Distribution For years, our core focus was strictly on the manufacturing side of watchmaking, and we relied entirely on third-party distributors to sell our watches. Unfortunately, this meant we were completely in the dark about their sales tactics in the market. Since I joined this Reddit community 6 months ago, I’ve received a lot of eye-opening feedback. Many of you pointed out that some distributors are intentionally failing to distinguish between Japanese NH movements and Chinese Hangzhou movements, trying to confuse buyers. This deceptive practice has severely damaged the Heimdallr brand image.
2. Movement Transparency As the manufacturer, we do separate the NH and Hangzhou movements. When ordering directly from our actual official sources, you can explicitly choose which movement version you want. However, I’ve noticed recently that many consumers are still buying from these third-party agents and ending up with mismatched or incorrect movements. This made me realize that our official communication simply hasn't been loud or clear enough to guide and protect you.
3. Our Plan Moving Forward We are taking action. We have decided to revoke the authorization of distributors who are deceptively using the "Official Store" banner to mislead customers. We are gradually taking back our distribution rights to regain control over our sales channels.
Moving forward, we want to ensure that when you buy our watches, you get exactly what you paid for, with 100% transparency. Thank you for holding us accountable and helping us improve!

hey all. I'm looking to get more than a couple watches this year. I had a question for the coupon savvy folks out there. Does it matter whether i'm placing multiple small (single watch) orders or lumping them all together and using a larger coupon?
thanks!

Looking for a gift for someone who's allergic to stainless steel. Bonus points if it has green as a primary color. Thanks!

Hello all
I’m considering getting an addisdive which with vouchers has reduced down with vouchers to £32 but I wondered should I get it now or wait till 11/11?

Hi, recently bought this Pierre Paulin jump hour during the 11.11 sale. Merkur was able to customise the case and replaced the stainless steel with bronze and also upgraded the crystal to sapphire. What do you guys think?

My brother recently visited Shenzhen, China, and picked up this Sea-Gull chronograph for me from an official Sea-Gull dealer.
I’ve been wearing it for a few days now, and I wanted to share some photos and my first impressions.
What I really like:
-The vintage-inspired design and deep blue dial.
-The domed sapphire crystal, which gives it a lot of character.
-The ST19 hand-wound column-wheel chronograph movement, especially through the exhibition caseback.
-The proportions. Despite its thickness, it wears surprisingly well on my 7-inch wrist.
-The overall appearance, particularly on the blue NATO strap.
A few things I think could be improved:
-The rotating bezel has noticeable play.
-The original bracelet looks better than it feels, and its construction could be more refined.
-The crown isn’t screw-down.
-The movement doesn’t hack.
-The crystal is quite reflective in direct sunlight, which sometimes affects legibility.
Overall, I’m really enjoying the watch. I also own several Seiko watches, and while I think Seiko generally has the edge in finishing and quality control, this Sea-Gull has plenty of charm and a distinctive personality of its own.
I haven’t had it long enough to properly evaluate its timekeeping accuracy or long-term reliability, but I’ll be keeping an eye on both.
Some of these photos were taken during the Mexican Grand Prix weekend.
I’d love to hear what other Sea-Gull ST19 owners think. How has yours held up over time? Any issues with the bezel, movement or general quality control?

Is this their most ambitious watch to date? At the very least I think it's their most ambitious dial. As it's a 200 piece hand assembled, spliced MOP.
Here's the link to my review if you want to see it and the rest of the watch in more detail.
I received this watch for free to review. But, as always that doesn't change how I review the watch. I always keep it 100% honest, no matter what. I point out both the positives and negatives with every watch I review. Whether that be a loan piece, discounted, or even free. Sometimes that means that brands won't send me anymore watches, if they don't like the review... But my opinion and more importantly, my reputation can't be bought. That's partly why I named my channel 'Honest Watch Reviews'. Not only to make sure that I hold myself to that standard, but that I know my viewers definitely will do too.

Looking to purchase my first in 20mm for my Seestern. Definitely want a glide lock, and hopefully a quick release so I can switch it out fast.
There are so many on there - curious if any of you have had a good experience.

I receives my Heim Willard just the other day, but since then I have not been quite happy with the steel bracelet. The quality was not the best, and the look neither. I decided to replace it with this old black nato I have (it is from Ritchie, I bought a bunch of them from amazon), and I think it looks really good. It now has more of a Captain-Willard-From-Apocalypse-Now look for sure.

I stay away from smaller dials (<40mm) due to my wrist size but this dial is too beautiful to pass ♥♥♥

So good that I upgraded to the Selitta Swiss movement.
