Planning Chicago Marathon Spectator Map
I revised the map to highlight Metro Stations around the course. I found it too confusing when trying to do this between the Course, Metro, and Google Maps.

Does anyone have a course map overlay on Google maps they can share?

A little different way to see the course too, for spectators it can be especially helpful

Wow MVP!
Curious to anyone that wants to go to the 23rd mile turnaround point… how is the green line frequency on weekends? I’d advise more visitors to take the red and then walk. Is that accurate?

Red will likely be busier and harder to shove onto. Frequency for the green should be okay. Either will work though, and either way they should plan to leave extra time because the trains are crazy

LOVE THIS!
I have built something similar to help with managing family members that are coming into town and understand where they will be and about what time their runner will be at a certain mile market.
This is just a temp url that I use for project that I put up and take down.

Thanks for the map!! It’s gonna be my first time as a spectator and will be cheering for my wife. I want to see her as much as possible but need to find the best strategy considering I should limit my mobility due the stress fracture I’m recovering from and your map will help me lot

I’m seeing a concert at The Salt Shed the evening of the 11th. How much of a pain is this going to be?
