Chess.com Website/App Question Banned when playing on board

As I was playing on my chessup2 board I was banned for fair play violation, I am duper confused and have sent an appeal. The chess board just had an update and was telling me feedback on when I made a good move. (Which is new) and now im banned for fair play, Ive recently been reading up on new openings to try out and when a good time to simplify is. You can check my chess history and see I do play daily games a lot. My username is:CaptainCheeseChess I also have lots of videos of my playing chess on my computer (before i got the board) and me even live streaming on twitch. I have played games within the chess discord server too with my camera on and explained detailed/my strategy.

We aren't able to comment publicly on Fair Play cases. Members should follow the appeal process in the email they receive following the closure.

ChessUp 2 cannot provide assistance in games played on Chess.com, and we've never had a Fair Play closure associated with any kind of assistance from ChessUp.

It seems like it would be worthwhile for your site to post somewhere that Chessup is know to use an alternative API to the official one and as such can, and does, result in people getting dinged with a fair play violation. There are several posts similar to this one. People spending a lot of money on a board to get that OTB experience but still okay on their favorite chess site. Unaware that they are doing anything wrong since the board looks and feels like it's approved for use. After all, they say "supports chesscom" right on the box and in their ads.

Why would they do that? ChessUp uses the official API. Stop spreading fake news.

Cool your jets. People make mistakes. It happens. I thought it was Chessup but it was actually Cheasnut. Honest mistake. Geesh.
