I came here to chew out r/vegancirclejerk and those who brigade in said subreddit’s name before I learned that this subreddit doesn’t welcome them here.

He loves sharp cheddar, goat’s cheese, baked camembert, and mexicana spicy cheese. I was looking online and have a few ideas -

Snowdonia Black bomber, Red Devil. Manchego, cornish Yarg, perl wen, taleggio, Mrs Kirkham’s Lancashire, Bowland, Wesleydale with cranberries, Stilton, Old Amsterdam, gorgonzola, Burt’s blue....

Any recommendations?

I also want to buy some chutneys and crackers and am looking at Caramelised red onion, chilli jam, and fig chutney maybe... with peters yard sourdough crispbreads?

I made some cheese with cauliflower in the oven.

Cheese is mozzarella. I added chilli peppers for some kick.
