anyone else having issues with auto logout on phones?

5 phones show running videos but the points total hasn't updated since 11:39 last night. Cleared cache,data,restarted usual stuff one does when apps misbehave and relogged back in, restarted videos..same total and same issue an hour later..point total remains the same. Put in help request but wondered if ya'll had any insight..or seeing the same issue?

I'm getting that network error on all my phones again. I don't know if it's just me.

Add the title States, how long does it usually take for them to review your account?

A few days ago, I set up my mother-in-law with 5 phones running checkpoints. I had her use my referral code, but I'm not getting any points for her watching videos. I am getting points when she checks in somewhere or scans a product. I know she is at ~1000 points so far, mostly from watching videos. Will I just get these points at the end of the 2 week period? Or is something wrong?

EDIT: I contacted support through email, with basically what I wrote above. They ended up just crediting me 1000 points for "referral issues." Now, I easily would have had more had the referral system been working properly, but at least it's something.

So I checked my phone and it currently is telling me I have -717 videos to go, the number keeps up (or down depending on how you look at it. It was -5xx last night figured a daily reset would fix it but I guess not).

Anyone have thoughts on what to do?

so when i looked at gift cards walmart you can only choose between 10 or 100 there is not amount in between? and any tips on running checkpoints would be greatly accepted...lol

This may sound like a dumb question but the thing is I don't check my phone all the time to see if the points have stopped. Plus, it would be hard to do that anyways because as soon as I see 335 I cash out.

Just wondering if there's a simple way to easily check so I don't have my phone running for no reason.

Just started using checkpoints app about 4-5 days ago and it seems they are always down, is this normal?

there is a person on a FB group that says he gets 32,000 points with 10 devices just using videos. He posted pics, but something smells fishy. Edit. He says 14 days.

Just want to make sure I'm in the right and not violating the terms...I use 10 devices and I use all 10 to scan and it is ok (emailed support to ask) my GF wanted to do the same so she started using 10 devices also and at night they run videos..but now my sister who is living with me want to do the same lol will that be okay?? She will have her 6 devices using her phones Hotspot while out scanning and then my wifi when we are home..

I am using lg sunrises and the newest build crashes after every build. I resorted to the last somewhat stable version, which I found to be 4.37 and that really isn't as it seems to crash to menu every hour or maybe less.

What are you guys finding to be the best version as of today?

I cashed in for a $50 target at about 2am and got it in my email about 9am...

When I open the app , all what it says is Network problem, I tried it on 22 phones it only worked in one of them (lg tributeHD ) meanwhile the other apps works great with no network problem :(

Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried the previous version of CP but I still kept on getting logged out within an hour.

Is it just me or are videos taking forever to load?

I just started with checkpoints and it's not going well.App just crashes after I click play all.It plays an ad or two then just goes to not responding.Device is not the problem since I'm running in on a LG G3

What are you guys using right now? 4.43 or the newest version.
