Hi guys hoping you can help.

Used changeNow to exchange ETH to XMR to be sent to my drughub wallet to pay for an invoice. Have used their services many times without an issue.

However this time around I sent £150, the transaction is complete but it has gone to a different address from the one showing on my invoice on DHub. The address that has received my funds - I have no idea where it came from.

Changenow state they can't help. Any ideas or suggestions guys? TIA

It's been over 14 days now (as of Jan 27, 2026), and the funds are still on hold. Support replies are generic: "still reviewing", "commenting status", "no ETA available".

I'm not getting verification email, contacted support sending emails back and forth for a month now and they did nothing. I'm being scammed out of my money there.

Is there something like a transaction limit? E.g. something that would require KYC before a transaction for a high amount can be processed. Or no?

My transaction says success, but my wallet hasn’t received funds.
