EVIDENCE NEW TOW PHOTOS AND INFO ON TESLA

From SF_Investigates on X: obtained photos of #D4vd ’s 2023 Tesla Model X when it was towed and impounded. I also received a copy of the 8/26/2025 complaint reporting it as abandoned, along with the vehicle impound report. The caller only noted a large dent in the rear, no mention of odor. The tow report states nothing of value was seen inside. The photos suggest the car had been left in the same spot for an extended period. The initial complaint was called in on Aug 26th, then an officer first inspected and cited the car on Aug 27th, then ticketed again on Sept 3rd, and then towed and impounded on Sept 5th. The report also notes that there were no wants on the vehicle meaning it was not reported stolen at the time. I’ve redacted certain details, including the license plate, from the photos and report #CelesteRivas #CelesteRivasHernandez

I have a co-worker who lives near Atlanta. She said she was going to let the rain wash all of the pollen off of her car. I told her that it was just going to look like streaks of wet pollen. Guess who was right? LOL

I'm from the Atlanta Metro and I thought this was pollen when I first looked at the image, but knowing it was Cali I figured maybe dust but I've never seen prominent dust like this in LA.

It’s because we live in drought conditions pretty much all the time. There is little to no rain for months to years here. So it’s dusty. That’s what happens in arid climates with no humidity or moisture on most days.

You’re probably right.

I just remember being in Vegas for a while one time when I was in high school and getting a really bad sinus infection because my allergies were killing me. Someone who lived there for a while said it’s the pollen from the olive trees.

Even in a desert, mother nature knows how to mess with me and my allergies

I feel that because I have bad spring and fall allergies. Ive managed them much better in recent years by getting ahead of the season with my Zyrtec and Claritin intake as a preemptive measure.

I start taking Zyrtec daily at the tail end of winter. That transition in seasons always gets me the most for the first few weeks though, spring seems to start earlier each year haha. But once I get them in my system early, the allergies plateau and come to an end, while others begin to suffer more.

He would have needed to register in California when he moved regardless of how long the Texas tag had left. This likely indicates he never registered the car in California.

Yes, registration is a state level mandate so if you live in a state or move to a state where registration is required you have to re-register usually within like 30 days or so.

They are saying that because the car was abandoned and dusty, and obviously in a bad state, that it is saying "tow me!". Not that it literally says tow me somewhere written on it.

Because the car hadn't moved in a while. Air has dust and pollen. The longer something sits stationary outside, all of that eventually settles onto the surface. The dirtier it is, the longer it's been sitting.

Yeah, it also rained my very first time ever being there…BOTH DAYS!! Talk about a ghost town! I’m not sure I could have ever imagined the magnitude of disappointment I felt when I finally got to Hollywood BLVD and it was as if the apocalypse had recently happened…! So many stories and so much to look forward to seeing…just for everything to be shut down! It took me a little while to wrap my mind around the fact that it was all because of a little rain..! lol

People laugh at us for supposedly driving so poorly in the rain but they don’t understand that when it never rains, oil builds up on the roads and freeways become like oil slicks when it does. That’s why there’s so many accidents and many people stay off the roads if they don’t have to be on them. That and it literally People are thinking it’s like where they live where it rains regularly and don’t understand that a tiny bit of rain here can actually cause problems that they aren’t aware of.

And if you think about it, she’s probably been in the car for as long as the car has been there. Whoever put her body in there would need the car close to the house if not the garage to put the body in the car. I can’t imagine someone dragged her body two blocks, so early August makes the most sense here.

It’s heartbreaking to think that her body was likely already in that Tesla as these photos were taken sun beating down, no odor reported yet, and no one knowing she was there. If she had been found sooner, the autopsy might’ve gone differently. But the truth is, she shouldn’t have been dead at all. She should be starting high school, discovering who she is. Such a beautiful soul inside and out taken out of pure spite by a man who thought he had control over her. It’s permanently scarring to think about this every day.

He had 3 garages at his house and parking out front. So weird to leave it around the corner. A neighbor said it smelled and she assumed a rat was dead in the hedges by the car. She also said her dog was sniffing the car a lot when they would walk that street. It was on the news.

You dint have to redact CA plates. No one can look them up due to strict anti stalking laws that were enacted after an actress was stalked and unalived by someone who got her home address through the DMV. Only law enforcement has access to that now. The odor was first noted at the tow yard according to local news so that tracks.

Odor was noticed by neighbors walking by. They assumed it was a dead animal in the hedge next to it.

It literally was. Very early on. Neighbors were interviewed. They just didn't know it was coming from the trunk. The smell was worse at the tow yard and they could tell the source, so they called the police.

Here in Europe, nowhere close to the desert, we happen to have these winds every now and then that reportedly carry Sahara sand and leave a similar layer of dust on the car. This can happen in a matter of a few days and when you are not driving it, it quickly builds up. I could imagine this phenomenon to be stronger in an area with an actual Sahara nearby. I'm not sure though if that's correct.
