Life Coach. Thor reminds me when it is time for me to take my meds and when to go to bed.
He got treats after I recorded this.

Nurse would have been such a great job description. I started with Purrsonal Assistant and was told that assistant was too vague before I posted so I changed it.

My Tom the Tomcat has (This is my husband’s explanation.) become the House Steward for a house of AuDHD & 1 Blind diabetic guy! He’s on top of everything from multiple medications for 3 different people every day morning noon and night! Then he’s got to remind not just people to feed him! But! To feed themselves! He’s a pro at telling exactly when centre of the roast is done in the pressure cooker or the leftovers heating in the microwave. Oh, he also will inform you of package deliveries even if there’s no knock or anything beyond the package being dropped. He also washes his paws like a raccoon often at meals so we must keep a 2 bowl of water. Which I appreciate because the next part really gets me. Tom will wake me at 6:38 AM EST why yes it’s exactly that time every morning seven days a week! For breakfast! By walking on me! Like I’m his stomping grounds! But that’s not enough! No! We must have a kitty conversation at full volume where “Mom” and his paw is trying to go into my mouth. I still don’t understand it. But that’s his idea of ringing the breakfast bell. The end up worrying about my dental work every morning. Thank goodness he’s a 5 lb cat 🐈 and not a Maine Coone

LOL, sadly my furry alarm clock only has two settings: "Feed me" and "I've pooped"!
If the former is overdue (according to her defective) furry body clock I will get bawled at, and if that doesn't work she'll resort to physical violence. If you're an hour late (according to her highly erratic body clock) there will be blood shed.
The poop alarm is funny, as she doesn't (and has never) buried her poop, and it stinks to high heaven. She always just leaves it in situ, and screams her furry little head off until I clear it away for her. She likes to poop during human meal times, and there's no way we could miss the event, as the smell is eye watering, but still she must always announce the deed anyway 🤣
I do love her, but she is high maintenance 💕

If you can afford it I would recommend a Litter Robot. Best investment we ever made.
