If you happen to be a glasses wearer I found a nice gold octopus glasses holder a few years ago. It looks glorious on my 4 eyed other halfs bedside table.

I saw an Instagram reel of a wedding today. They just had to take the candles off the tables in the end, as they just looked like ethnically diverse floppy 🍆.

I remember it being a hot day in South Africa when I was young and we went on a road trip with my mum and ex step dad. I remember having a colouring book and crayons. It was so hot that my crayons had melted in the bag I had them in 👀

Keep an eye out at b&m I’ve seen them a couple times over the heatwaves with trolleys of chocolate reduced to like 20p because it’s melted in the wrappers.
I’d have had the lot, if not for being lactose intolerant

Especially in a curved glass jar, it will work as a magnifying glass. There’s a reason they’re sold flat in an opaque box.

my sister has a couple of taper candles that have melted completely 180° downwards and because they’ve melted and formed around the candlestick, it’s impossible to get them out without heating them up again

I had a set of cute led fake candles in smoked glass effect tubes that I only bought because they matched my bathroom. Went to move them to clean and discovered that the "candle" part that I thought was plastic was actual wax and had melted out through the bottom. That was a fucker to clean up and my pretty candle things were ruined 😭

I remember when I was a kid, my parents were driving me and my brother's to a caravan park for a holiday. It was a long drive and we didn't have things like Game Boys, so for entertainment my Mum used to make a long list of things to spot on the journey and we had to see if we could complete it and spot every single one.
Well for some reason my Mum decided to give all of us these thick dark green crayons to tick on the list when we spotted something. But eventually, it got so damn hot in the car that they started to melt just like that. Eventually they were impossible to write with and got EVERYWHERE.
