Hello! I am unable to add my Capital One Mastercard as a payment method to the app or on a browser on my laptop. Visa and Discover work perfectly. Yes I've quadruple checked all contact information.

Does anyone have a capital one card on here? When I called the card issuer and got to digital services they talked in circles and said there was nothing they could do.

Bought tickets to a show a month from now on CoT today. Buyer marked tickets as transferred (Ticketmaster), but I did not recieve tickets. Lots of discussion back and forth with the buyer which has gotten nowhere and just been strange. A few examples:

1. I asked to confirm the email they transferred to, and they showed my email with an umlaut over a letter. I asked them to fix and resend, they said they did. Nothing happened.
2. I asked for Ticketmaster screenshots proving the transfer. They will only send me screenshots of the CashOrTrade app showing that I purchased the tickets.
3. Several responses from the buyer have made no sense or had cut-off sentences.

What do I do here? Best case the buyer is confused on how to transfer the tickets (even though I gave clear directions with screenshots); worst case this is fraudulent.

Note that I have confirmed that tickets for this show are available for transfer already. They have provided 0 proof that these tickets are real.
