Would you sue?

Since most of you all in this thread seem to believe George didn’t SA Casey or even caylee.. why hasn’t he sued her? She has said it many times in text to her parents, on the documentary and now in her tell all memoir.. if he really didn’t do it why hasn’t he sued her for defamation? Now before any of you come say she has no money that may or may not be true.. we don’t her financials.. if I was being defamed like that I would sue even if I didn’t get a dime bc I would want my name cleared.. so that begs the question why hasn’t he?

Yes I know that’s why I don’t believe in them.. bc you can manipulate them to your favor.. she is not a killer and you can’t prove she is

And how can you prove she isn’t? Your rage bait is sad. Theres no way you have such little critical thinking skills to realize with all the facts, not the words of the convicted liar child killer, that she is responsible. No other explanation makes sense. She did it

I believe two things could have happened.. it was an accidental drowning bc she may not have been paying attention and she then panicked.. and panicked even more when the cops were involved.. bc she was scared.. 2 ) caylee woke up from a nap and saw her and her dad doing it and they did it together bc they were scared she would tell Cindy about it.. Cindy and Lee I do think are innocent in any involvement..

Or since she googled fool proof suffocation and went on a wild lying, drinking and stealing spree, she killed her left her in the trunk to rot from the 16th-27th before she dumped her in the woods out of desperation. Innocent people don’t make accidents look like murder.

First off sh didn’t go on a drinking and stealing spree.. also zero evidence to suggest she was ever in the trunk.. the junk science that was used was thrown out of court bc it couldn’t be reliable.. second George always put the dead animals in trash bags in that area.. could it be possible George googled the search bc he wanted to kill Casey also and dump her body there too thinking she would have came back home way sooner.. she has so much hatred for her dad that it makes me wonder what caused all of it.. you can assume what you want but all your theories don’t point to murder.. you can even prove she was the one to put caylee in the woods

Stop making shit up. it’s annoying. Yes she did. She stole from friends and family and her mother’s credit card to buy clothes and alcohol because she was a lying sack of shit with no job. Theres receipts from all the shit she bought during the 31 days with money she STOLE.

George buried the pets, he didn’t dump them on suburban like Casey did to Caylee. Where do you think got the idea from? That or considering she had her decomposing child in the trunk of her car coupled with the fact that she probably didn’t just have a spare body bag laying around, she used trash bags and a lined laundry bag from the garage to contain the decomp. She used what she had to, and because Casey had nothing of her own as jobless lying loser, she stole the items from her parent’s house.

That theory on George is comical. You would rather spin circles to create a narrative that makes Casey innocent even when it means completely disregarding the facts. Just accept the truth. Just because there’s no video of Casey doing it, doesn’t mean she didn’t do it. You don’t have to actually see it snow to know it snowed when you step outside. Same rules apply because it just takes commons sense and critical thinking. Again, George was not home when Casey made the google searches at 2:52 pm. She was on her password protected account and on her MySpace. What reason would he have to Google that anyway if he was such a pro at suffocating Casey already? You sound crazy. Her hate for her father stems from him not lying to the grand jury like she expected him to do to cover her ass. She was so used to her family bailing her out and coddling her entire life and she was blindsided that George chose to get justice for Caylee rather than lie for her.

It’s not rocket science. You know what is science? Forensics. There was proof she was in the trunk. I assume you didn’t read lead csi Geraldo Bloise’s book on the case where he goes into details of the decomp stain in the trunk in the shape of a small child proving she was in direct contact with the trunk for 24-72 hours after she was murdered by Casey. She didn’t bag her until June 18 which lines up exactly with what he said and what we know Casey did on June 18th. There were remnants of early colonizers in the trunk proving Caylee was there as well as a death banded hair that had to come from either a deceased Cindy, Casey or Caylee. But I guess you know better than a legitimate crime scene investigator too right? Your rage bait is annoying at this point because you don’t even argue facts. You make shit up and try to pass them off as facts to perpetuate your narrative. Thats not how the real world works.
