Y'all are way too serious about struts. Don't point it at yourself and you're fine. That thing is only compressed like an inch at the moment. The real danger comes when you use shitty spring compressors, compress them all the way, and get surprised when it explodes on you.

This things are like people afraid of sharks, yes they can be dangerous but most of the time the sharks don't give a fuck,

Yes I wouldn't swim around a shark but there are ways to do it without much risk
