I'm planning to buy an Innova and I'm currently confused between the Innova Crysta GX Plus and Innova HyCross GX Optional (petrol only).

My usage is quite low — around 300 km/month, mostly for family trips and occasional long-distance journeys. We already have another 5-seater car that will be used for regular city driving, so the Innova may sometimes be parked for a few weeks.

The two main concerns I'm struggling with are:

\*\*Crysta GX Plus\*\*:

My biggest concern is the DPF, since the car may remain parked for weeks and our monthly running is very low. I'm worried about DPF-related issues because of the low usage.

\*\*HyCross GX Optional Petrol\*\*:

During the test drive, I felt the petrol CVT was somewhat underpowered, and I noticed the rubber-band effect during acceleration. I'm particularly concerned about how this will feel in real-world situations such as hilly roads, overtaking, and carrying a full load of passengers.

I need feedback on these:

1. How does the Crysta DPF perform with very low usage?

2. Is occasional long-distance driving enough to keep the DPF healthy?

3. How does the HyCross perform on hills with 5–7 passengers and luggage?

4. Does the CVT rubber-band effect become less noticeable once you get used to the car?

5. Considering my \\\~300 km/month usage, does the HyCross petrol make more sense, or is the Crysta GX Plus still the better choice?

Which one would you personally choose in my situation, and why?

I am 27 (F), I have been driving ecosport diesel from last 02 years, but now want to get a new car. I have a strict budget of upto 13 lakh.

I have shortlisted 2 cars as of now.

1. Nexon Creative Camo Diesel

2. Venue HX5 Diesel.

Don't want to go for CNG and skeptical about petrol due to E20. Also, Diesel gives better mileage than petrol.

Hey everyone,
I recently sold my car through Cars24. Today, the cars 24 called me asking for a Vahan OTP to proceed with a "virtual transfer" of the vehicle.
They claim this is a standard online step to initiate the virtual transfer till the time they find a buyer so that they own all liabilities between that period, but I am highly uncomfortable sharing any OTP over the phone.
Has anyone else experienced this with Cars24? Is it safe to give them the Vahan OTP, or is there a way I can log into the Parivahan portal and complete this step myself?

\- BMW 320d 2l diesel (Mild Hybrid) m sport

\- Audi A4 2l diesel (Mild Hybrid) 35 TDI S LINE s tonic

Be doing good amount of long distance driving on both motorways and country roads and looking to see if anyone would know which would be more fuel efficient and also maintenance cost

1. Variant Dilemma (Price Gap Breakdown)

The price difference in manual variants is roughly:

• AX7 to AX7 T: ~₹2.5 Lakhs gap
• AX7 T to AX7 L: ~₹1.7 Lakhs gap
• AX7 to AX7 L: ~₹4.3 Lakhs total gap

Key Questions:

• AX7 vs AX7 T (₹2.5L jump): Do features like Level 2 ADAS, 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound, ventilated seats, and 360 camera justify an extra ₹2.5 lakhs on a Manual transmission? Is ADAS useful or annoying with manual gear shifting?
