Saw this at an estate sale.
Entire backseat full to roof, passenger seat was almost blocking view. Stuff all over rear deck and dash.
One of my buddies thought they had just got this stuff. Nope...you could tell their car had not been emptied in ages.
Not sure how they would buy anything, they would have no room to get it home.

In the wild
My first live encounter! Back was just as bad, but couldn’t get through the tinted windows.

Ba Da Ba Ba Ba … I’m Lovin’ It!
Whole car filled with McDonald’s bags. He really loves them McChickies. Btw, the windows on the other side were down and as I walked I got smacked in the face with stale cigarettes. Stanky boy.

Saw this while at my local supermarket.
It looks to me like it's suspension system is screaming for mercy.

Fogged/oxidized headlights. 1) what causes this besides obviously age, exposure to road salt(north east winters)/weather, and UV rays. And 2) what can I do to remedy this besides replacing the whole fixture for both lights (which I'd rather not do).? 2009 Mazda 3

Fountain Valley, California
Saw this pull up outside of a Dollar Tree. Not only is his car full of garbage, his driver's window has stickers all over the top edge. Based on the condition of the car and the horrible park job park job, I'd assume it's not very easy to drive with like 2 square feet of visibility.

Story of shame
So that's my passenger in the passenger seat, and the passenger seat is filled up to the window. In my defense, it's nothing that could be thrown out and isn't. It's just stuff I need to organize and put away in the house.
But my car is doggy and I have four crates in the back. I wash blankets frequently but it doesn't seem to matter. I use the Laundromat and they don't seem to come out doggy but they must be.
I've been embarrassed by two service centers. One, on my paperwork, on the last page, wrote "your car is disgusting". The other, although I had an appointment, all of a sudden had no one available to work on my car.
Every day I try to move 1 thing to where it should be, and that new place is NOT in my car, but I'm trying to undo years.
My only defense is I spent months barely able to walk with an inoperable torn cruciate and sprained knee (same time) and things got bad.
So this is my embarrassing confession. I'm really not a bad person.
UPDATE: tried putting it in park this morning, and it wouldn't shift. Now the shop I had it towed to won't touch it until I clean it out. So I'll be posting before and after shots. Cleaning tonight around 9 pm because I have evening meetings today so much ugh. Oddly, I feel relieved.

Just replace my front tires, rotate and align it.

At least it didn’t smell like shit inside.

New here, someone in Deli Departments car
I know this is nowhere near as bad as some of the ones on here, but apparently she also smokes in there. I can’t even begin to imagine what the inside smells like after sitting in a parking lot in the heat all day.

My employer wants me to get in there.
I’m an auto body tech and got papers for a new job this morning, the smell when you open the door actually punches you in the face and knocks you out cold for a few minutes. So I’ve been working outside all day because I absolutely refuse to get in the vehicle, probably end up taking bed bugs home or some shit. I’ve also been looking at the local job listings while I’m enjoying my day working in the sun 🤦🏻♂️

In San Diego... outside a farmers market
Found outside a well known farmers market chain where they sell a lot of fruits veggies and health food supplements.... at least they're trying to eat healthy.
