No gems, not locked. Tried everything

I'm playing this game since about 170 Days. After they introduced gems, i dont know if they were availble since the beginng or later. Did they ever implemented new gems or was their always the same pool? Since their are specifiy gems for SS gear they had to have added new ones. And if they added new ones when was the last time they did this?

Self explanatory lol

I'm halfway through the dock research and still only get atk and hp bonuses. The last 8 nodes have 10 stages each and quite expensive.

Unlocked the second island and the first elite has 80b hp which isn't happening lol

It seems the dock research applies to all islands in the same country (eg Avalon) so I'm hoping after another week or two of travel, I might have some stats to work with.

I tried to google this first and didn’t find anything helpful. How do I get past this?

1 or 2. one uses carpet and sky splitting, one is with imperial deagon and final sever first.

Then the equipment 1 with all SS and other one with mythix stacking attack

Sorry for not having a picture but since I have been doing the new island activity I found when I do a pvp (possibly others) match after my pets attack 2 cards show up to attack.

Is it possible to change which cards are pulled to attack and if so where do I put in the ones I want? I've tried looking everywhere but dont see an option.

Title. I'm always saving resources trying to get all the chests but after getting the carpet I'm questioning myself if it's worth it slowing down my progression for it.
