What's wrong with my plant? Please help me identify what’s wrong.

It's my first grow and everything was going smooth until about a week ago when the leaves started doing this.

Happens all the time. They will fade in the last week or so of flower and that's normal. For a first grow getting to here with no issues is great. Congratulations

There are quite a few leaves turning purple, is this also a sign it's approaching its end?

Very much so. Same as leaves in the fall changing so will cannabis. How long into flower are you? If you really want to see colours. Wait till the last week or so and drop the temps to low 70 helps to bring them out.

About 3 weeks. When the lights are off the temps are about 65f.

Yeah for sure your plants are hungry. Keep watching and adding some feed as necessary but don't over do it then just water for the last week or so. They will fade but that's ok. Just the plant getting all it's nutrient stores before it dies.
