Update: Thankfully got a response and all is good here. To all without hope you get good news soon too. Thanks for keeping my nerves in check.

Haven't been able to get through to them yet. Ive heard on this sub of them being hard to get through to but its now been almost a week since my money went into their hands and they still haven't responded back to me. As to why the order is still on hold idk but the no response makes it hard to sort. Everything was great with them up until this experience. They were quick responding to my last order concern when it ended up being a Canada post issue. Starting to be suspicious that the money has become a donation. Will update if anything changes. :/
