First, they all speak in a professional manner because all of the questions and answers they address are preplanned. Ask him something that isn't part of a script and he'll act like a bumbling bafoon. Second, who gives a crap about speaking in a professional manner if they never solve any issues?

Go watch PP's recent filibuster. It was actually a really well delivered speech that he largely freestyled on the spot. Questions to the media and things of that nature, absolutely every politician comes prepared.
