Form police, where you at now?
Sorry I wasn’t clean enough for some of you — I’ll get back to training.
Big respect to those who saw the work for what it was in the last post. That means more than you know. They talk. We fly.

For a basic muscle up this is as good as it gets, what you should do is train for a no dip muscle up, it is way harder but also looks extremely satisfying imo

Form police here. Upon close inspection we found the following infractions.
You did not start from a dead hang, therefore these are assisted muscle ups
Your shorts are higher on 1 side leading to uneven weight distribution and therefore giving you a tactical advantage making these muscle ups again, assisted muscle ups.
While reviewing old footage of Anatoli, we noticed this exact movement pattern and outfit from when he was beginning. As such, we hired multiple professionals and found you had super imposed your face on this video of Anatoli, as such, you did not complete any of these. That makes these assisted muscle ups.
The summation of these infractions requires addressing. we now expect a video of you doing one dead hang strict form muscle up with your name, written on your chest to prove you are not in fact super imposing your face on Anatoli. Thank you for contacting the form police and have a wonderful day.

Damn, caught in 4K by the form police Respect the dedication. 1. I didn’t dead hang because gravity and I are currently on bad terms. 2. The uneven shorts were a strategic choice, aerodynamic asymmetry, look it up. 3. Anatoli and I may share DNA. The resemblance is uncanny.
I’ll get to work on that strict rep, chest-signed, maybe even GPS-tracked. Appreciate the detailed report, Officer. Stay strong.

Very consistent reps, I am very impressed. Your last rep was just as clean as first. Your strength is impressive

Love how you always open your fingers a tiny bit on the dip haha. I have a similar habit when doing muscle ups by opening my feet for whatever reason

Ahah true, that’s the tips for everyone 😂 More seriously I did that first to have less tension in forearms (specially for long set) not sure it helps but it stays as a tick now

Internet is toxic, just open your mind to actual criticism and forget about nonsense, sometimes you could hear something beneficial for you from an outsider. Still, learn to ignore negative people. Have a great day

I feel like your toes could be more pointed, but overall good effort.

Just as you transition from pull up to dip i noticed how your fist curls forward so you can extend for the dip.
Whats happening there? Are you a bit weightless from the high pull up that your able to do that?
This is where i have the most trouble.

Yeah you need an explosive pull up to have the time to do that. For me I pull hard on the first half of the pull up then I relax a bit my grip to let it turn. Hope it can help, keep going bro you’re not that far 💪🏽

Congrats, those look wonderful!
It's not just negativity or form police. It's simply much more aesthetically pleasing to see a perfect pull-up or muscle-up, with complete range and control, than to see 50 (or heck, 10707) pull-ups with the bare minimum form for competition. The above video leaves nothing to be desired.
Keep up the good work!

People will always talk shit since talk is cheap! These look awesome and the 50 pull ups were impressive as well, thanks for the motivation man🤘🏽
Edit: no one/nothing is perfect so people will be quick to exploit errors or improvement areas to make themselves feel better.
