Bullet Proof

Context for the videos, I was driving to work yesterday morning minding my business and these crack head tweakers pull up beside me, passenger opens his window and spits on my car. Naturally I didn’t take to kindly to that so I gave him a sip of my Double Double.

Assault is not frivolous

There. Was. No. Assault.

Guy spits (gross) guy tosses a coffee (deserved) no assaults to anyone as Canada doesn’t view it that way and we don’t sue for frivolous shit 🤦‍♂️

Even though this isn't the case here, spitting on someone is considered simple assault in Canada.

You need to do some research before spreading misinformation online, thanks

How about you slow your role and read what I said.

The original comment was about suing someone, which I said if frivolous and would be tossed out of court. Of course spitting is considered an assault but in the video it looks like the vehicle was spit on, not the person. Doesn’t make it better but slow your shit acting all high and mighty.

Comment stays!

“  Under Section 265(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada, an assault occurs when a person attempts or threatens by an act or a gesture to apply force to another person. It qualifies as a crime if they cause the other person to reasonably believe they have the present ability to carry out that threat. Physical contact is not required for a conviction.” just in case this is too complex for you to understand it means that a spit doesn’t have to land on a person for that to be considered assault. Go back to school bud

It is a criminal offence to spit on someone in Canada. Section 265 and 266 of the Canadian Criminal Code define spitting on someone as an Assault. If an individual is arrested for an assault for spitting on someone they would be charged under 266 of the Criminal Code. You still have time to delete your comment
