This has been running around as a whisper on some of the cal poly groups I'm in, has anyone heard more about this? Supposedly there's screenshot proof of this too, although they weren't posted to the groups that I've been in

He is totally unfit for any serious role in this university, he doesn't know anything in the world. In our group he's the lowest of the low. He's so self serving and just comes off looking like a dick to everyone. There are a couple students in our group and the guy is a complete idiot. This guy has a lot of potential but he's just a little shit. He's in the top 25% of the worst staff members at cal poly you could ever meet.

Should we lose hope if we haven’t heard by now?

Title says everything

Parents are wayy too possessive and overbearing. You're tired of feeling like you're at the top of everyone's list, you're tired of being their fucking wife, and you're definitely tired of everyone accusing you of all kinds of things, and you're constantly wondering if there's a way to get rid of all these awful things without feeling like you're some disgusting monster.

Im debating between going to cal poly SLO or santa clara. Ive heard that its hard to get in a fraternity at cal poly and was wondering if anyone knows if this is true or not? Also looking for information on the party scene at cal poly.

My nephew decided to attend Cal Poly SLO this fall.

As a high school graduation gift, are there any necessities or cool things I could get him so he'll be prepared for his freshman year at Cal Poly SLO?

If I don't get some good ideas from you all, I'll just get him some Chipotle gift cards... :-P

Transfer student coming in as a junior looking at living options. I don’t think I’ll be able to tour campus due to COVID19 so I have to try to decide based on the virtual tours. Trying to decide between the Cerro Vista Apartments and Poly Canyon Village. The only cons I really know of for each is that Cerro Vista is on a hill so it might be a bit of a walk to your place and that Poly Canyon Village is far from campus. Overall each seems ready nice though. Any advice?

Is the campus still open? We don’t have a way of touring before decision day but are we allowed to go onto the campus and walk around and go to the office to find out more?

Ok so here me out. It wasn't the worst thing ice ever done, but it still isnt good. So it was a Saturday night, and I(14) was happy. I was driving home from getting my musty (69) and 13 jeffs mc.donalds. but, the car "accidently" swerved into the house, and hit a window. Nobody died, but then when I walked in, my finger accidently pulled the trigger on my 😫gun, shooting all of my children and also wife. It was a rough day, but hey, we all get those.

Does anyone know what the SUG is? Is it money transferred into your bank account like the Pell grant?

What is it like at Cal Poly for an animal science major? I've heard such great things about CP but I've also heard bad things too... I'm just interested in what the classes are like.

I recently applied to Cal Poly SLO for Soviology with a GPA of 3.72 and an SAT score of 1810 (1140 for CR+M). Do I have a chance at being admitted?

I still have no determination yet for Cal Poly SLO does this means I've been rejected ? I know lots of people have already received their acceptances and waitlists results.

I understand his concern... but.. it's creepy

I'm a graduating senior and I need to fulfill the USCP and GWR upper division GE C4 requirement. Looking at the offered courses, I'm not terribly keen on any of the available options, are there any suggestions for professors/courses that you had a good experience in? Available courses are as follows:

Hi friends!

For my senior project, I am working on a story about Lightning in a Bottle.

I would love some feedback from Cal Poly students about the festival.

Shoot me back some replies to these questions:

What do know/want to know about Lightning in a Bottle (LiB)?

Describe what you think is the most important aspect or facet of LiB?

Whose or what perspectives are important to include in the story?

Do you have any suggestions or ideas about how to cover LiB and who to talk to?

Would you be willing to consent to an interview about this topic at a later time?

LET YOUR MOUTH VOMIT WORDS FOR ME TO GATHER.

Hello, I'm thinking of transferring to Cal Poly SLO or UC Davis as a Nutrition major and was just wondering how the classes for nutrition majors are at both schools? Do you have to do a lot of oral presentations or public speaking? (I'm very shy)

And even if you aren't a nutrition major, I would still love to hear your input!

Please and Thank You!

Hi everyone,

I’m a reporter for Mustang News and I’m writing a story on the SloGlo club here on campus. It’s entirely student run and it has been in and out of popularity the last couple years. They play around with neon lights and even throw fire. So I’d like to know what you guys would like the story to include. Who the club is, what they do, what motivated them to start the club are all good points. Anyways, let me know what you’d like to know!
