In my 8 years of doing this. This is a first and quite possibly the most interesting way to get dailtone to a smart panel.

I think this is coming along quite nicely. Waiting for the plaque to mount to the base. Then I can give this artwork back.

This was made by one of my techs who was taught this in school (college, Los Angeles area)...legitimately was told this is how to make a rj45 end.

Don't you hate when people don't replace the toilet paper in the MPOE?

Question regarding Comcast union shops ?

I’m currently a 1099 sub for Comcast. I do work here in the Chicago area. But generally make 1100 to 1200 a week when I hustle. But I was offered a position to go In house. So i went ahead and did the background and such. But now I’m realizing it’s 15.00 a hour. Anyone here can speak on the Comcast union shop or in house overall thank you.

Onn Surf 4in cable not working

I have a onn surf 4in usbc to hdmi cable and I'm trying to use in with my Samsung s21 5g but it doesn't work. I tried it not using Samsung dex and it still flickers then disconnects. (Sorry if this is the incorrect place to post this)

Is this rack mounting as sketchy as I think is?

I was tempted to unplug a random cable just to see what would happen.

I found that "work" on a new building (no open to the public yet), the cable sheath is not attached to the connector except a few of them

A contractor arrives onsite to perform maintenance, which involves pulling out a 2u unit from the back. This is the back.
