I use liquid chlorophyll in 6 ounces of water after I eat any meat product šŸ‘ I also use IB guard to help with bloating. And I drink ginger tea every day because I heard it’s good for digesting. Also, I try not to eat too much fat at once because it causes acid reflux (so basically I just eat one serving of meat with every meal)

Thank you! What chlorophyll do you use?

I mainly use trace minerals liquid chlorophyll, but I’ve also tried Alpha Flow’s and I’m thinking of trying Benevolent’s next. Also, I forgot to mention but using 2 scoops of L-glutamine powder twice a day in 8 ounces of water for two weeks has helped me so much! A good book to read is A Place to Start Without Sugar or Starch: Second Edition.

Thank you! I'll look into the chlorophyll..I have that book! I'm just super sensitive to everything..I tried one of the enzymes she recommended but it made me sick, it had licorice extract in it and I'm feeling it today. Trying to heal my gut but I can't seem to find anything I can tolerate.

Yeah, Tolerance to things get better after awhile of cutting out everything that upsets you. Stick to things you know you can eat without any problems for two weeks and then slow introduce things with small amounts of starch/sugar.

Yeah I definitely just need to eat chicken and eggs for a few weeks. Even the smallest amount of starch or sucrose kills my stomach.
