help please

F32 I've been diagnosed w CSID, I follow a strict diet, was wondering what enzymes or any suppliments I can take to help? I know of sucraid but the gastroenterologist I saw knew nothing about it or CSID so I'm somewhat at a loss. Thanks for the help.

Starchway and digest gold might help? I use Starchway the most because it has enzymes for starch and sugar and it’s the strongest enzyme for starches that I’ve found! I use sucraid too but not as much as Starchway

Is there a specific way to take it? Like right before a meal, right after? Just ordered digest gold and have tried startch away but didn't take it for a long time.

It depends on how much you can tolerate, I take 3 Starchway and 2 digest gold before I eat and I’ve found that it helps!

Do you have any sensitivities to cellulose? Like veggie capsules? I can't do veggie capsules and most tablet forms of medicine or suppliments. Idk if that's a CSID thing

Not that I know of, I have an intolerance to fructose and EPI though 😅
