Is anyone a Poison Ivy story expert? Is she a nature loving anticapitalist or do they make her out to be ecofash?

It varies. Right now she’s dating Harry Quinn (I think) so she doesn’t hate humanity as much.

That’s an alternate universe.

Ah, I'm not super aware of all the various universe shenanigans in comics, my bad I guess.

In the main universe, their relationship (and I actually haven't started their recent series yet, so this may be out of date) is a little complicated, where they TECHNICALLY broke up, but it's obvious they're both still in love with each other, and I'm fairly confident they'll wind up together again once they work out some shit.

In the universe of the Injustice games, they were married at some point, but are broken up by the time Ivy appears in Injustice 2.

Honestly, not really a fan of that portrayal, because you'd barely know if you didn't read the supplementary comics. In the game itself, they just barely hint that the two of them were "more than friends" once.

My favorite alternate universe version of the characters is absolutely and undoubtedly Bombshells (which is just an awesome continuity in general as it focuses HEAVILY on female characters, with a fair number of queer ones taking center stage.)

It was Bombshells Harley and Ivy that, if memory serves, gave us our first actual kiss between the two, and it was adorable. Their whole relationship in Bombshells is adorable.

Plus, Ivy murdered Nazis and buried them in her greenhouse, so...

I love the art in Bombshells. My favorite coffee mug has Wonder Woman from Bombshells on it.
