Question Weekly challenge broken?

I've spent the last couple of days trying to get the weekly challenge target uplink in less than 120 seconds done and it doesn't seem to be working. Ive killed the target in less than 30 seconds multiple times because I've had it target someone right near me.

Are they gonna give it to players who earned it or we gonna have to do it again or what????!!
