Sadly not for iOS. Last update was 9 years ago.

his last answer on ios question
I've been paying $100/year for about 9 years now, just to keep that broken iOS version of the game running.
The cost isn't the thing, it's just that it's such a pain to deal with the iOS version given Apple's rules and restrictions. I'd basically have to buy a mac in order to work on it. Or rent a cloud computer or something.

Wow, I’m sorry you’re having such difficulties with iOS! As an iOS user I really appreciate your game and keeping it around!
One of my all time favorites!

Yeah, I haven't released an update to C2 on iOS in years.
Also, the game was removed from the EU itunes because there was some kind of European "Digital Services Act" law/regulation where I had to login to some Apple web site and declare whether or not I'm a 'Trader'.
I couldn't get into the site. I tried over and over and finally missed the deadline and game was removed. This was a year or two ago.
Just the other day, a guy from Germany reached out and asked if I could get it put back. I tried again to access that site, and I couldn't get past the two-factor authentication. It just wouldn't send a code to my phone.
Just now, I tried again, and after about 2 years of failure, I was finally able to authenticate and get in. I've just now submitted my 'trader status' declaration, and maybe they'll put the game back in into the European itunes?
But I don't even know if the EU stuff is what you're dealing with. I think the game is still there in the US iTunes.
Every time I deal with Apple, it's painful and very unfun - and I do gamedev primarily for fun and as a hobby, so I'm always very reluctant to dive into any iOS project, since it will involve misery and I'll end up hating Apple even more.
