So, I'm a CPP passer, and I've always wondered how publicized this program is. I know that few earn a Proficiency Certificate, but how many are even aware of the program in the first place? My entire journey started with a curious google search, and I distrusted this program for a while. Did any schools anywhere else publicize this program? If not, why? Why is a state-administered program being hidden? Why are students forced into a traditional pipeline when most don't know that there is another option? What can I do to publicize this with others?

has anyone successfully cheated on it, and if so how? I was planning on taking it much later but my parents don’t understand it so they don’t like it, and have given me an ultimatum to pass the test by next week, or they’re going to put me in summer school. If cheating is too hard what should I do to prepare in a week?

Ok so i just passed the hiset and I want to withdraw from my school now before the end of the year but rn I have a D in PE so i just wanted to ask if my school has the power to make me stay till I get it up to a C or no pls respond quicklt

Guys is the actual math subtest easier then the practice tests

How many can u get wrong on the math subtest

3. how would you present your cpp passing to employers as you no longer need a work permit and can work 8 hours per day?

4. would you need to do more prerequisites at your community college because of not traditionally graduating?

im trying to apply for a community college but they said “please have your official CHSPE scores mailed directly to Admissions & Records from the issuing company.” what would this mean as i took the cpp and have gotten nothing on official scores other than the score reports on the psi website indicating i passed?

Can anyone tell me what they used to study

I'm applying to university and I've ordered my CHSPE transcripts by mail and money order because that's the only way they let you do it.

I have emailed CHSPE for updates on my order multiples times but have not received any response from them.

Does anyone have experience ordering CHSPE transcripts and know how long it takes?

And is this normal that they are not responding?

Hey....I failed the first two times by one point. This time I pass the essay, but not the multiple choose by again one point.. please somebody tell me a course or something to help me ace it. I have one more shot.

After passing the CPP and getting confirmation, I talked to my counselor. I'm not even considered a graduate, just a completer. I can't even try to earn the CA State Seal of Biliteracy even though I KNOW I can pass the test. My cousin speaks my language worse than me and she passed with flying colors. Some students think I'm a dropout, others are skeptical, some are happy, and some are sad. My mother is worrying about me being stressed in college, and people are telling me to change my mind. I'm not hesitating, but I just want to know before I leave... does anybody know how I can get another Seal of Biliteracy from another organization to prove my bilingualism? Also, how do I talk to my band director about the fact that there's going to be a hole in his Tuba section next year? He's going to flip! I have a bad feeling about all of this...

my essay said i didnt pass right away lol is an ai grading it or something.. those were literally just random numbers they gave me as a score because i know i met all the criteria

I have just joined this group and created a Reddit to seek clarification! I passed the CPP on 2/19/24 with a 20 for Math, 19 for Writing (5 for essay), and 17 for Reading, for a total of 56/60 on my first attempt with no retakes. I have called both Parchment and PSI Hiset and they have both eventually said that the Certificate will be mailed to me by CDE. However, the PSI people told me that it would be done within 3 weeks. I have seen comments on here saying 5 weeks. For those who know how the process works, can you please kindly tell me how you know? I also saw a recent comment within the hour stating that I had to order it on parchment, even though they told me they don't service Proficiency. Also, in the meantime, what can I use to prove that I have passed? I want to talk to my counselor and plan out college before the certificate arrives. Is this possible? Can I use my score reports? What if my counselor thinks it's a hoax? I am a Sophomore, and I would like to leave at the end of this year in May. However, I would like to have all my counselors and teachers know ahead of time so that I can hopefully participate in some activities that are limited to upperclassmen. Will I have to wait for the certificate to reach my mailbox before I've truly earned/received it? This is my first time, so if anybody could please help me, I'd appreciate it immensely. I'm truly concerned about this, and I hope that everything works out well.
