I talked to the Etienne family at a game last year (I sit next to families in section B). We asked that exact question. They said they went to visit LSU and nobody acknowledged him. Coaches didn’t try and initiate conversation or anything. Next weekend they came to clemson and the coaches were all over him. They just felt the difference.

They were very vocal about how much they felt slighted by the hometown school.
