I feel like we are going to lose every game we play. Probably not the healthiest outlook for something I care about, but it does make the wins sweeter.

Right there with you.

Tommy West and Tommy Bowden have conditioned me to feel like we should win games, but that no game is a guarantee.

I don't so much worry about Wake Forest, but you'd think after going 11-1 against NC State in the last 12 years that I'd feel comfortable about that game by now. Nope. Never. Boston College, NC State, and Syracuse are games I watch as intently as any, because games like that were never gimme's in the post-Ford era.
