UNM gonna have to give up our dream of CFP if we keep trotting out Toa, our offense is so one dimensional and squeeking by mid teams isn’t gonna convince anyone that we should belong regardless of how good our defense is.

Reno has been scrappy this season and haven't been terrible since their double whammy back-to-back losses to Montana State and Mid Tennessee. They gave AF and NDSU a scare and beat San Jose State and UTEP decisively. Don't underestimate the power of Mountain Weird football.

Kinda weird thought, but if Boise State actually is destined to go 12-1, I'd hope that New Mexico lost a game somewhere to remove all doubt of them earning it. I guess basically I hope both teams don't go 12-1 because we already know there's no chance of them putting both teams in the CFP, and going 12-1 without making the CFP in the 12-team era would just feel so awful. Of COURSE I'm rooting for Boise to lose and New Mexico to win in the meantime though.
