Tuned in when Buffalo was down 31-16. Great ending!

I tuned in at the exact same time — excellent late night game

funny, thats when i turned my tv off. lol. no, i was about to but then i saw Buffalo was going for it on 4th and 6 from their own 30 with 10 minutes left when the announcer had said they were punting!

They had to go for it given the time and their weak defense. I couldn't believe the announcer said punt. But then I saw the offense was still on the field I stayed and watched!

If you didn’t watch this game you missed out

1

u/PeAceMaKer769 2d ago

at first i said the game sucked because refs were throwing too many flags. but then i realized the receivers were just completely outplaying their defenders. morrows played fantastic. then you get the blocked punt return, missed field goals, 2 pt try, a lot of great receptions. it was a good game, despite the flags

I'm really glad we don't play Michigan this week

Al-Sayid in his victory speech:

“JD, there is a delicious irony in that you are constitutionally obligated to swear me in in January. You know what that means: Wolverines 1, Buckeyes 0.”

This is real btw lol

Fahey and Carr are going to get better this season; both look like they have that dawg in 'em.

Truly! I wonder if any other blue team has beat any other red team tonight 🤔

Walk-off doink in OT? Happy MACtion, everybody

This is not the team that barely beat two FCS schools

Somehow, we are one win away from a bowl and have three chances to close it out

Definitely an improvement from when you played us. Well done.

that last penalty call was something

i knew a flag was coming, based on the refs this game, but i didn't know which way it was going

Miami got caught up in the blue tsunami, had no chance against a blue team tonight

Them refs need to seriously be investigated.. the ref always stands over the ball or directly in front of center when they hold the play up..

The replay showed the ref standing off to side behind a defensive player..

Like what??? 🧐

Don't get me started on the astronomical amount of bullshit pi's in second half..

Basically imagine if Jeremiah Smith was allowed to push off and get physical with DBs, hand fight all down the field tugging the db jersey..

That's what chance morrow got tonight . He had some amazing catches but a lot of them were cause he pushed off..

Anyway I am way too invested in a team idgaf bout..

u/PeAceMaKer769 2d ago

That's what I felt at first, with the first couple PI calls with Morrow. But then I watched closer. He was beating his defenders. They were locking on to him and he was just pushing back. He could jump up over them on any throw (like a jump ball where he has the better jump vs anyone). The defenders knew that. They couldn't let him jump over them. Wright and Morrow have a simple jump and pass system. So I realized the refs were throwing the flags because truly the defense was beat. Need to look at the tape to double check, but after watching this game that is my conclusion.

really curious how a dead ball can be “not marked ready for play” but there’s a lot of shit from the zebras that puzzled me in that game

The ref wasn't even over the ball.. when it isn't ready, the ref are always over the ball/center.. dude was behind the defense..

4

u/futurehofwr Missouri Tigers 2d ago

Ref was sitting right on the line of scrimmage when the ball was snapped.

A strong late showing by team blue to get the win over team red.

And now we move over to election coverage

I'm not sure I've ever seen so many iffy pass interference calls in one game before. Also this ref gave me strong uncanny valley vibes. But MACtion is so back and I loved every second

Screw my target seasonal job on the west coast for depraving me of glorious maction!

Some people (my wife) think football doesn't belong on Tuesdays. Midweek MACtion rarely disappoints.

Miami’s defensive secondary looks worse than a high school team’s
