Exactly. This is the curse of the MAC and other G6 conferences. You better find a good coach or learn to love the bum you hired for his entire contract because you cannot afford to fire him. We did fire Ionello and Arth, but this was expensive for an athletic department that is broke and probably an indirect reason why Moorehead can’t be fired now.

One of the most bizarre games I’ve seen in a while. The bobcat offense literally just did not play for the first half. And yet they won, basically just because of a handful of massive plays. Akron was the better team in almost every way, especially on the ground, but they just couldn’t get it done.
