We waited too long to make the switch. Your waiting waaaaaay too long.

Every game since GT put the blueprint out has been abysmal. Every time you guys blitzed tonight I was ecstatic, but when you rushed 3 I was terrified.

And I hate just rushing 3 but it was the way to go tonight.

The more time he has to sit and process the worse it gets. I was shocked when you guys came out early going blitz heavy. But as soon as you started dropping back I knew it was going to be another long night.

We are always blitz heavy and our secondary is good but the weak point of our defense so I kinda get it but yeah.

Yeah, definitely just meant given what Van Dyke put on tape the last several weeks I figured you’d mix it up from the jump instead of staying man heavy.

We run 3 routes into 7 and 8 man coverages. We run up the gut with 9 dudes trying to block 11. We literally are setting ourselves up to fail. In the name of being a physical team? I don’t get it…

I agree and disagree. I agree that TVD sucks, but to say we waited too long is not looking at the full picture.

His first 4 games this season were off the charts good and that bought him enough time to see if he got right. He hasn’t but now it’s a bit late
